Features:
This tea storing surrounding has had sufficient moisture so the tea had a good transformation. Even this sheng pu-erh was stored only 15 years its taste is already very smooth. In 1999, the wild tea trees maocha demand for puerh on the market was very low, so the quality for the tea leaves was much better than these days. So that the tea is sweetish, thick/dense/oily.

An Ning HaiWan tea factory 安寧海灣茶廠 was established in 1999 by Zou Bing Liang 鄒炳良 and Lu Guo Ling 盧國齡. The two brands Lao Tong Zhi 老同志 and Jia Jia 加嘉 belong to the Hai Wan factory. The Lao Tong Zhi was also rewarded as the one of the most famous 10 pu-erh brands.

Zou Bing Liang 鄒柄良 worked in MengHai tea factory since 1954, and was the fifth factory director in 1984. Retired in 1996, and finally established Hai Wan tea factory in 1999.
