Yunnan - Roky 2005 až 2010

Jedná se o klasický a starý styl koláčku z Nannuoshan Tea Factory, která byla přejmenována na Menghai Banzhang Tea Factory od roku 2005. Tento koláč z roku 2005, jde o čistý na slunci sušený, velkolistý materiál, komprese je střední. Po 6 letém uložení v Kunming je tento čaj připraven k pití, ale stále má velmi silný potenciál pro stárnutí! Pěkný zlatý nálev s typickým květinovým aroma čaje z Nannuoshanu, chuť je plná, ovocná s rychlým huigan! Pozdější nálevy jsou sladké a hladivé.

Jia Ji (甲级) - "A-Grade" Čaj byl uložen v horské oblasti na Tchaj-wanu. Pil jsem jednou vzorek z fenghuang Jiaji 1998 Sheng Tuo. Tato tuo je vyrobena z divokého arbor na slunci sušeného materiálu z hory Youle, také nazývána jako Jinuoshan. Youle je jednou ze šesti slavných čajových hor v Xishuanbanna. Raw Jin Cha (houba) je určena zejména pro tibetský trh, používá se smíchána s mlékem, to je velmi užitečné pro trávení. Tato Jin Cha je vyrobena z na slunci sušeného velkolistého materiálu z hory Bulang. Čajový nálev je výrazně zlatavé barvy a vůně. This tuo is composed from spring material from Menghai area (most from Bulang mountain) and from different years. This is one of classic recipe from Langhe tea factory which is similar with 8542 from Dayi. This tea is composed from blend of 2005 and 2006 spring harvest from Menghai area.
